Conditions: El Numero 8 is not a typical hotel and is located in a very unique and historic neighbourhood. Therefore we ask that if you´re coming to stay at El 8 that you please come with respect for the tranquility of the neighborhood and the other guests. If you are not looking for a quiet and relaxed place to stay, and if the respect of the silence of the environment and our neighborhood is not possible then we kindly ask you to consider staying elsewhere. • 2 Night stay minimum (This minimum will be extended accordingly to the duration of Spanish national holidays) • Due to the historic structure of the house and neighbourhood it is not suitable for very young children . • Smoking only in common areas (patio and terrace) • We do not accept groups of more than 4 people. • Please have a good read through the "getting here" part of this website before making a reservation as there is a pick up process involved in arriving to the house and the only way to get to the house is by walking. |

How to make a reservation:
After you have been in contact with the innkeeper to verify if the dates you wish for are available you have two options to hold your reservation with a deposit: via a credit card hold or bank transfer.
• Credit Card: Here at El 8 we accept Mastercard and Visa for reservation purposes only. You can provide us with the credit card info via the telephone by calling (+34) 958 220 682 or (+34) 610 322 216 between 11am and 7pm Spain time Monday to Saturday. We do not charge your card unless there is a late cancellation or no-show. See Cancellation Policy. If you arrive as planned we ask for the total amount of your stay to be paid in cash on arrival.
• Bank Transfer: If you prefer this option please inform the innkeeper and let him know if it is national or international and he will provide you with the necessary bank information. You will be asked to deposit either 30% of the total fee for stays longer then 3 nights, or the first nights fee for stays less then 3 nights. For your information international bank transfers are very costly, many times more costly then the deposit itself. In the case of a refund for cancellation with this option 10€ will be deducted for bank fees.
Cancellation policy: • The reservation fee will not be charged with cancellation before 7 days of entrance date, after this time the reservation fee will be withheld or charged to the card. • The reservation fee is the first night´s fee for stays of less then 3 nights. For stays longer then three nights it is 30% of the total fee. • The Total Fee of the stay will be charged for cancellations on the same day of arrival or if there is a no-show. • No refunds for early departures. |
