This apartment is the space in the house with the most unique and cozy environment.  It has a  relaxing artistic feel as it used to be a guitar makers studio. This also happens to be the most affordable apartment in the Albayzin. It is a studio type apartment with the kitchen and living room in the same space. It has a large window that looks out onto a plazita next to the house. The bedroom is a separate room with a double bed and it is a great room for deep sleep as it has no windows for any sound to come in. The bathroom, which is just for this apartment, is right outside of the door of the apartment and it is because of this slight inconvenience that the price is so reasonable for this apartment. The apartment has a capacity of 2 people.
